This is the first in a series of video shorts titled Deconstructing Race. This series takes on different perspectives and viewpoints based on race, and attempts to raise awareness on the cognitive dissonance that is often experienced with these deeply held beliefs. These shorts attempt to use a combination of factual content integrated with humor, albeit corny I will admit. I invite you to watch them. You can view all of them on my website Home | Middleton Consulting on the programs page. There, along with the video is an activity to assess what you may have learned from each one. Feel free to express your views about these shorts, the good, the bad, and the ugly. It’s all good here. I hope you enjoy them, learn from them, and hopefully apply the messages in them in a way that aligns with your values.
